OK chaps-Emberton Park open is next weekend. Who's going?

I've had 2880 packed up ready since last years's Emberton open (and she didn't get wet then!)

Bolton SC Graduate Open – 25 September 2016

The 2017 Graduate National Championships will be held at Bolton Sailing Club, so the Graduate Open on 25 September 2016 is the ideal time to get to know the water before the big event !

Bolton Sailing Club is located at Belmont Village, a few miles north of Bolton (near Manchester). Postcode: BL7 8BD
We sail on Belmont reservoir which is approximately 3/4 mile long, 860ft above sea level, and surrounded by picturesque countryside with few trees. Consequently, there is rarely a lack of wind.

Website: www.sail.org.uk

The first gun is scheduled for 12:15, and there will be 3 races with 2 to count, with a break onshore between each race.

We do not currently have galley staff, so food is unlikely to be provided, although tea/coffee making facilities, fizzy drinks and a microwave are available. The bar will also be open after sailing and there are 2 pubs within 5 mins walking distance if you’d like an evening meal.
Camping is available at the club, but please contact Andy Flitcroft to arrange for the gate to be open either by replying to this topic or by e-mail (See Who’s Who? list in Grad Tidings).

If you would like to attend, please reply to this topic so that we can gauge numbers.
